We're still working on tutorials for walk cycles, but here are some reference cycles you might find useful.
The first two cycles are complete, the third cycle is only a half cycle.
The first is a regular walk cycle, pretty framerate independent (not too fast though).
The second is fast run cycle, 12 fps, framerate dependent. (This run cycle comes from a scene in the first Samurai 7 episode.)
The third one is a regular run/jog cycle, 12fps, framerate dependent.

whaddayamean? "Borrow them," you can't copy the file, but of course it's ok to use the poses and all in you animation! After all, that's what I made it for... :D
